We at Finarina LLC create each item with individual care and attention upon order, therefore, we do not accept cancellations once the production process has commenced.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the unique and custom nature of our orders, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We advise our customers to review their orders carefully before purchase. Our products are custom-made and final sale unless an exception is approved under extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, a refund may be issued in the original form of payment, less any applicable restocking or handling fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that Digital Downloads do not include a physical shipment. You will receive a link via email to download your pattern. If you cannot locate this email, please access your order via your Finarina Knitwear store account or contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for Digital Downloads due to misunderstandings about their digital nature.
Wholesale Account Eligibility and Maintenance
To be eligible for a wholesale account with us, applicants must possess a valid resale ID tax number from their primary state of business, which must be in good standing. Applicants must also have an established point of sale, either online or physical retail.
We do not ship wholesale orders to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is required for order delivery. Local wholesalers may arrange to pick up orders directly from Finarina LLC. All other orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, as USPS is not used for larger shipments due to reliability concerns.
To keep your wholesale account active, a minimum of two wholesale orders per calendar year (January to December) must be placed with us.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum value for wholesale orders is $500, payable and cleared before reservation, processing, or shipping of products.
Placing Wholesale Orders
Approved wholesalers will receive instructions via email for order placement. Discounts and minimum quantity requirements for wholesale pricing will be visible on the product pages when logged in. If there are discrepancies in discounts, do not place the order and instead email us directly with the details for resolution.
Wholesale Pricing and MSRP
All wholesale prices are in USD and reflect a 50% discount off the MSRP for authorized retailers, with trade clients receiving a 20% discount. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Authorized retailers must sell products at the MSRP unless written consent is provided for discounts, which should not exceed 15% off MSRP.
Returns and Refunds for Wholesale
Approved returns must be shipped back at the retailer’s expense in the original condition. Any discrepancies in the product condition upon return will nullify the refund.
Immediate inspection of shipments upon arrival is crucial, and any damage or defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic proof.
We accept credit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, which incur a transaction fee. ACH payments are also accepted without additional fees. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
Shipping for Wholesale
Shipping costs are not included in the price of goods. We cover half the shipping cost for orders over $1000, with all orders including postal insurance.
Our typical fulfillment rate is approximately 5 items per day per order. Delivery times vary, and for specific quotes based on current availability, wholesalers are encouraged to contact us directly.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping for wholesale orders.
